What shall I make this Autumn?

What shall I make this autumn? Here at Gorgeous Yarns we have a variety of project kits to make all sorts of different things! Each makes a perfect gift in itself, or made up, also a perfect gift, so ideal to get ahead in the next few weeks and months with things for the festive season. (Its the beginning of September, I don’t feel quite ready to say Christmas yet, but you know what I mean!)

We have the always popular 6SocksBox kits, you can make 3 adult socks, 3 pairs from this kit, and it comes complete with 300g sock yarn, a simple knitted sock pattern and ceramic hand made stitch markers. We have 2 collections now, the Coastal Collection with colours inspired by Cornwall, and the Poldark Collection which is new and has colours reminiscent of the wonderful TV programme. One of the colours is called Ross, who wouldn’t like Ross at their feet?! If you’ve never knitted socks, why not give it a try? We will soon be introducing an updated “Learn to Knit” kit, in collaboration with our friend Tina Barrett of The Cornish Gansey Company who is a well known and respected pattern writer and has written many books. Watch this space!

Lastly and MOST EXCITINGLY, We will be launching a Christmas Kit towards the end of the month. Pre-orders will open then, and postage to you will be at the beginning of November. You will have enough time to easily complete the project in the kit before Christmas and add a little bit of festive fun to your home.
