Merino and Alpaca DK – Undyed

Merino and Alpaca DK yarn is a luxurious blend of two of the softest wool fibres.  Merino wool is considered to be one of the most luxurious and beautiful of all 100% wools because it has long fine fibres that are soft and silky when spun, and are warm and comfortable to wear. The addition of  Alpaca takes this yarn to the next level of luxury softness. No itchy scratchy yarns here!

Merino and Alpaca DK can be used just as it is for a wide variety of garments and accessories, but can also be skein dyed or garment dyed if you wish. It is soft and smooth to knit and crochet with, has even stitch definition, holding its shape with a gentle drape. We recommend hand wash only for this luxury yarn. Wash gently with a liquid wool wash and blot dry with a towel, then finish drying flat away from direct heat.
