Claire scarf shawl pattern

This Claire scarf really wants to be a shawl! It has shawl shaping and is wider in the middle for cosy warmth around your neck and shoulders, but long and slender at the ends to wrap around or drape elegantly!

Worked with both basic knit and crochet stitches and techniques, it is fun and quick to make and an ideal projects for beginners who want to practice their skills but interesting enough for experienced knitters and crocheters to have fun with.

Made with 1 skein variegated DK approx. 250m, we used Perran Yarns Merino and Tussah silk DK and 2 skeins hand dyed solid colour DK, we used Eden Cottage DK, in 2 different colours

4.5mm Needles. We used Knit Pro Karbonz.

4mm crochet hook. We used a ChiaoGoo Bamboo handle hook.
