- Starling’s wing: the turquoise green iridescence of the starling’s wing catching the sunlight. (I once saw an amazing murmuration of starlings over St Ives, a huge flock performing a skyline ballet, and this colour is inspired by that memory.)

Care Instructions
This Blue Faced Leicester wool with silk can be hand washed in cool water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry, out of the sun. The natural dye colour should not run, and will only fade slowly over time.
