What is your Returns Policy at Gorgeous Yarns?
Although Lockdown is being eased and you are able to shop on the high street again, we are still busy working. We are happy to accept returned items if they are not what you expect, want or like. You can even return your yarns if they aren’t soft and squishy enough, though we really doubt you will need to for this reason! We want you to enjoy your Gorgeous Yarns.
For anyone like me who is feeling nervous about shopping on the high street again, worried about social distancing (and lack of it) shopping on line is still the ideal solution. We are still paying close attention to our hygiene procedures as we pack your parcels. With a friendly and flexible returns policy at Gorgeous Yarns you can buy with confidence and know you can return your purchase if its not right.
We offer a gift wrapping service too for only £4.00 so if you can’t or don’t want to go out, we will post your gift for you. We will even include a hand written card with your personal message.
